三相氧化鋅避雷器測試儀正確操作規程

三(san)相氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋅避雷器(qi)測試(shi)儀(yi)配有面板式打印機,可充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池,試(shi)驗人員在現(xian)場使用(yong)十分方便。儀(yi)器(qi)采用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)磁隔離數字傳感器(qi)直(zhi)接采集輸(shu)入的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流信號,保證了數據的(de)(de)(de)可靠性和安全性。用(yong)于檢(jian)(jian)測氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋅避雷器(qi)電(dian)(dian)氣性能的(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)器(qi),該儀(yi)器(qi)適用(yong)于各種電(dian)(dian)壓等級的(de)(de)(de)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋅避雷器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)或停電(dian)(dian)檢(jian)(jian)測,從而及(ji)時發現(xian)設備(bei)內部(bu)絕緣受潮(chao)及(ji)閥(fa)片老(lao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)等危險缺陷。

(PT二(er)次(ci))模(mo)式(shi), (PT二(er)次(ci)同(tong)步顯(xian)示)模(mo)式(shi):

儀器輸入(ru)PT二次電壓(ya)作為參考(kao)信號,同時輸入(ru)MOA電流信號,經過傅立葉變換(huan)可以得(de)到電壓(ya)基波(bo)U1、電流基波(bo)峰值Ix1p和電流電壓(ya)角度Φ。因此(ci)與電壓(ya)同相(xiang)分(fen)量為阻性電流基波(bo)峰值(Ir1p),正(zheng)交分(fen)量是容性電流基波(bo)峰值(Ic1p):

Ir1p=Ix1pCOSΦ       Ic1p=Ix1pSINΦ

考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)δ=90°—Φ相當于(yu)(yu)介損(sun)角,直接用(yong)Φ評(ping)價MOA也是十分簡捷的:沒有“相間干擾”時,Φ大多在81°~86°之(zhi)間。按“阻(zu)性(xing)(xing)電流(liu)不能超過(guo)總電流(liu)的25%”要求,Φ不能小于(yu)(yu)75.5°,可參考(kao)下表(biao)對(dui)MOA性(xing)(xing)能分段評(ping)價:

實際上Φ<80°時(shi)應當(dang)引(yin)起注意。

接地:

測量前先連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)線,測量完拆(chai)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)線!如(ru)果接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)點(dian)有油(you)漆(qi)或銹(xiu)蝕(shi)必須清除干凈。

參考電壓

參(can)考電壓(ya)信(xin)號線一(yi)端插入參(can)考電壓(ya)插座,另一(yi)端接被測相PT二次低(di)壓(ya)輸(shu)出:小黑夾子(zi)接中性點(x),小紅夾子(zi)接待測相電壓(ya)(a/b/c)。外施法測量時(shi)接升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器的測量繞組。如果PT距離較遠,可使(shi)用加(jia)長線。

電流信號

先(xian)將泄(xie)漏電流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號線(xian)插頭插入儀(yi)器,后(hou)將另(ling)一端(duan)夾子夾到(或通過絕緣竿搭到)被測相MOA放(fang)電計數(shu)器上(shang)端(duan)。試驗室內可將無(wu)放(fang)電計數(shu)器的MOA放(fang)到絕緣板(ban)上(shang),由MOA下端(duan)取電流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號。電流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號不能使用加長線(xian)。

2. (感應(ying))模式:

在MOA底座上設置電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)感應傳(chuan)感器(qi),其感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)超前電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)強度(母線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))90°,經過積分運算后與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)強度或母線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)同相位,因此可(ke)以用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)感應傳(chuan)感器(qi)的(de)信號(hao)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)測量參(can)考。儀器(qi)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)感應傳(chuan)感器(qi)信號(hao),同時輸入MOA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信號(hao),經過傅(fu)立葉(xie)變換可(ke)以得到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)基(ji)波E1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)基(ji)波峰值Ix1p和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)角(jiao)度Φ。與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)同相分量為(wei)(wei)阻性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)基(ji)波峰值(Ir1p),正交分量是容性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)基(ji)波峰值(Ic1p)。

使用B相感應信號(hao)作(zuo)參考

因為A/C兩(liang)個(ge)邊(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)底座(zuo)的電場(chang)影響抵消,應(ying)(ying)將感應(ying)(ying)板設置到(dao)B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)MOA底座(zuo)上與A/C相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對稱(cheng)的位置,可以得(de)到(dao)B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)正確(que)的相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)位信(xin)息。A/C相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)MOA底座(zuo)電場(chang)受B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)影響,不要將感應(ying)(ying)板設置到(dao)A/C相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)MOA底座(zuo)上。

3. (無線(xian) 傳輸)模式, (無線(xian)傳輸同步顯示)模式:

儀器將接(jie)收到的無線信(xin)號作為(wei)參考電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),同(tong)時(shi)輸(shu)入MOA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號,經過傅立葉(xie)變換可以得到電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)基(ji)波(bo)U1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)基(ji)波(bo)峰(feng)值Ix1p和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)角度Φ。因(yin)此(ci)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)同(tong)相分(fen)(fen)量(liang)為(wei)阻(zu)性電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)基(ji)波(bo)峰(feng)值(Ir1p),正(zheng)交分(fen)(fen)量(liang)是容性電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)基(ji)波(bo)峰(feng)值(Ic1p):

接地:

無線信號:

參考(kao)電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號線(xian)一(yi)端(duan)插(cha)入(ru)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號發(fa)射(she)器(qi)(qi)的參考(kao)電(dian)壓(ya)插(cha)座,另一(yi)端(duan)接被測相PT二次低壓(ya)輸出:小黑夾子接中性點(dian)(x),小紅(hong)夾子接待測相電(dian)壓(ya)(a/b/c)。外施(shi)法測量(liang)時接升壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的測量(liang)繞組。如果PT距離較遠,可使用加長(chang)線(xian)。打開(kai)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號發(fa)射(she)器(qi)(qi)的電(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan),看(kan)到發(fa)射(she)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號指示燈頻閃即(ji)可。

電流信號

先將(jiang)泄漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)流信號線插頭插入(ru)儀器,后將(jiang)另一端夾子夾到(或通過絕緣竿搭(da)到)被測相(xiang)MOA放電(dian)(dian)計(ji)數器上端。試驗室(shi)內可將(jiang)無放電(dian)(dian)計(ji)數器的(de)MOA放到絕緣板上,由MOA下(xia)端取(qu)電(dian)(dian)流信號。電(dian)(dian)流信號不能使用加長線。

5三相同測:

接地:

測量(liang)前先連(lian)接地(di)線,測量(liang)完拆接地(di)線!如(ru)果接地(di)點(dian)有(you)油漆或銹蝕必須清除干凈。

先將泄漏電(dian)流信(xin)(xin)號線插頭插入儀器(qi)(qi),后將另一端的四個夾(jia)子夾(jia)到(或通過絕緣竿搭到)A,B,C相MOA放電(dian)計數器(qi)(qi)上端和地(di)端。電(dian)流信(xin)(xin)號不能(neng)使用加長

四.實驗室離線檢(jian)(jian)測(停(ting)電檢(jian)(jian)測):

如果是實驗(yan)室離線(xian)檢測,則按圖三所示方式(shi)接線(xian)。

參考電壓:

開機前首先將儀器(qi)接地端(duan)(duan)與(yu)實驗室地線連接,然后將高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)測量端(duan)(duan)引入(ru)儀器(qi)的(de)“參考電壓(ya)(ya)輸入(ru)”端(duan)(duan),紅(hong)夾(jia)子(zi)(zi)接正端(duan)(duan),黑夾(jia)子(zi)(zi)接地;避(bi)雷器(qi)上端(duan)(duan)接試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)輸出端(duan)(duan)。

   電流信號
