工作原理:

使用和維護:
其(qi)操作方法與直流(liu)單臂電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)基本相同。下面(mian)以QJ44型直流(liu)雙臂電(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)為例(li),說明其(qi)測量電(dian)(dian)阻的步驟(zou)。
步驟1:檢(jian)查靈敏度旋鈕(niu)置小位置,打開(kai)檢(jian)流計機械鎖(suo)扣(kou),調節(jie)調零器使指(zhi)針指(zhi)在零位。
提(ti)示:1 發現電(dian)橋電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓不足(zu)應及時更換,否(fou)則將(jiang)影(ying)響電(dian)橋的靈敏(min)度。
2 采用(yong)外接電(dian)(dian)源時,必須注意電(dian)(dian)源的極性。將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)源的正、負極分別接到"+""-"端鈕,且不(bu)要(yao)使(shi)外接電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過電(dian)(dian)橋工作電(dian)(dian)壓的規定(ding)值。
步驟2:估測被測電阻,選擇倍率臂
用萬用表估測(ce)被測(ce)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu),選擇適(shi)當的倍率臂。估測(ce)被測(ce)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)為(wei)(wei)幾歐時(shi),倍率臂應(ying)(ying)選×100檔。估測(ce)被測(ce)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)為(wei)(wei)零點幾歐時(shi),倍率臂應(ying)(ying)選×10檔。估測(ce)被測(ce)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)為(wei)(wei)零點零幾歐時(shi),倍率臂應(ying)(ying)選×1檔。
提示:測量(liang)時,倍率(lv)臂(bei)務必(bi)選正(zheng)確,否(fou)則會產生很大的(de)測量(liang)誤(wu)差,從(cong)而失(shi)去精(jing)確測量(liang)的(de)目的(de)。
步驟3:接入被(bei)測電阻。
按四(si)端(duan)接線法接入被測電阻時(shi),應采(cai)用較短較粗的導(dao)線連接,接線間不得絞合(he),并將接頭擰緊(jin)
提示:1、被測電(dian)阻有電(dian)流端鈕(niu)(niu)和電(dian)位(wei)端鈕(niu)(niu)時,要與電(dian)橋上相應的端鈕(niu)(niu)相連接。同(tong)時要注意電(dian)位(wei)端鈕(niu)(niu)總是在電(dian)流端鈕(niu)(niu)的內側,且兩電(dian)位(wei)端鈕(niu)(niu)之(zhi)間的電(dian)阻就是被測電(dian)阻。
2、如(ru)(ru)果被測電(dian)阻(如(ru)(ru)一根導線)沒有電(dian)流(liu)端(duan)(duan)鈕(niu)和電(dian)位(wei)端(duan)(duan)鈕(niu),則(ze)按下圖所示自(zi)行引出電(dian)流(liu)端(duan)(duan)鈕(niu)和電(dian)位(wei)端(duan)(duan)鈕(niu),然后與電(dian)橋上相(xiang)應的端(duan)(duan)鈕(niu)相(xiang)連接。
步(bu)驟4:接通電路,調節(jie)讀數盤使之平衡。
適(shi)當增(zeng)加(jia)靈敏(min)度(du),然后觀察檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)偏(pian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。若(ruo)檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)朝"+"方向偏(pian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),應減(jian)小(xiao)讀(du)數盤(pan)讀(du)數;若(ruo)檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)朝"-"方向偏(pian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),應增(zeng)大讀(du)數盤(pan)讀(du)數,使(shi)檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)指(zhi)零。再(zai)增(zeng)加(jia)靈敏(min)度(du),調讀(du)數盤(pan)讀(du)數,使(shi)檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)指(zhi)零。如此反(fan)復調節(jie),直至(zhi)檢(jian)流(liu)計(ji)(ji)(ji)指(zhi)針(zhen)指(zhi)零。
提示:1、由于直(zhi)流雙(shuang)臂電(dian)橋在工作(zuo)時(shi)電(dian)流較大,要求上述(shu)操(cao)作(zuo)動(dong)作(zuo)要迅(xun)速,以免電(dian)池耗電(dian)量過(guo)大。
2、被測(ce)電(dian)阻(zu)含(han)有電(dian)感時,應先鎖住電(dian)源端鈕(niu)B,間(jian)歇按檢(jian)流計按鈕(niu)G。
3、被測電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻不(bu)含電(dian)(dian)(dian)感時(shi),應(ying)先鎖住檢流計按(an)鈕G,間歇按(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源端鈕B。
步驟(zou)5:計算電阻值。
被測電阻值=倍率數(shu)×讀數(shu)盤(pan)讀數(shu)
步驟6:關閉電源。
先斷開檢(jian)流(liu)計按(an)鈕G,再斷開電源端鈕B,然(ran)后拆除被測電阻,后鎖上檢(jian)流(liu)計鎖扣。
步驟7:電橋保養。
每次測(ce)量結束,都應將盒(he)蓋蓋好,存放于干燥、避光、無振(zhen)動的場(chang)合。
提示(shi):搬動電橋時應小心(xin),做到輕拿(na)輕放,否則易(yi)使檢(jian)流計(ji)損壞。
