工作原理:
原理接線(xian)(xian)如圖(tu):其(qi)中Rx為(wei)被測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),Rn是(shi)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),它們一般在(zai)1歐(ou)以下。ra、rb、rc、rd是(shi)接線(xian)(xian)附加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),數值是(shi)隨機的,一般說在(zai)0.1歐(ou)左右。R1、R2和R3、R4分別(bie)構(gou)成(cheng)雙臂電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋的兩個(ge)橋臂,它們的阻(zu)(zu)值在(zai)幾(ji)百歐(ou)以上(shang),所以它們接線(xian)(xian)的附加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可以忽略,圖(tu)中為(wei)了簡(jian)化也(ye)沒(mei)有示出。雙臂電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋平(ping)衡時,B、C兩點的點位相等,流過檢流計G的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)零。電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源E,通過一個(ge)可調電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R,以便逐步增加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋的靈敏度。
使用和維護:
其操作方法與直流單臂(bei)電(dian)橋基(ji)本(ben)相同。下(xia)面以QJ44型直流雙臂(bei)電(dian)橋為例(li),說明其測(ce)量電(dian)阻(zu)的步(bu)驟。
步(bu)驟1:檢(jian)(jian)查靈敏度旋鈕置小位置,打開檢(jian)(jian)流(liu)計機(ji)械鎖扣,調節調零器使(shi)指針指在零位。
提示:1 發現(xian)電(dian)橋電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓不足應及時更換,否則(ze)將影(ying)響電(dian)橋的靈敏(min)度。
2 采用外接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)時(shi),必須注意電(dian)源(yuan)的極(ji)性(xing)。將電(dian)源(yuan)的正、負(fu)極(ji)分別接(jie)到"+""-"端鈕,且不要使外接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓超過電(dian)橋工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓的規定(ding)值。
步驟2:估測被測電(dian)阻,選擇倍率臂
用萬用表估測(ce)(ce)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)電阻(zu),選(xuan)擇(ze)適當的倍(bei)率(lv)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)。估測(ce)(ce)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)電阻(zu)為(wei)幾歐時,倍(bei)率(lv)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)應選(xuan)×100檔。估測(ce)(ce)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)電阻(zu)為(wei)零(ling)點幾歐時,倍(bei)率(lv)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)應選(xuan)×10檔。估測(ce)(ce)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)電阻(zu)為(wei)零(ling)點零(ling)幾歐時,倍(bei)率(lv)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)應選(xuan)×1檔。
提示:測量(liang)時,倍(bei)率(lv)臂務必(bi)選正確,否則會產生很大(da)的測量(liang)誤差,從而(er)失(shi)去精(jing)確測量(liang)的目的。
步驟3:接入被測電阻。
按四(si)端接線法接入被測電阻時,應采(cai)用(yong)較(jiao)短較(jiao)粗的導線連接,接線間不得絞(jiao)合,并(bing)將接頭(tou)擰緊(jin)
提示(shi):1、被測電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)有電(dian)(dian)流端(duan)鈕(niu)和電(dian)(dian)位端(duan)鈕(niu)時,要(yao)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)橋上相(xiang)應的端(duan)鈕(niu)相(xiang)連接。同時要(yao)注意電(dian)(dian)位端(duan)鈕(niu)總是(shi)(shi)在電(dian)(dian)流端(duan)鈕(niu)的內側,且兩電(dian)(dian)位端(duan)鈕(niu)之間的電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)被測電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)。
2、如果被測電阻(zu)(如一根(gen)導(dao)線)沒有電流(liu)端(duan)(duan)鈕和電位端(duan)(duan)鈕,則按下圖(tu)所示自行(xing)引出電流(liu)端(duan)(duan)鈕和電位端(duan)(duan)鈕,然后與電橋上(shang)相(xiang)應的端(duan)(duan)鈕相(xiang)連(lian)接。
步(bu)驟(zou)4:接通電(dian)路,調(diao)節讀數盤使(shi)之平衡。
適當(dang)增加靈(ling)敏度(du),然后觀察檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針偏(pian)(pian)轉(zhuan)。若檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針朝"+"方向偏(pian)(pian)轉(zhuan),應減小(xiao)讀(du)數(shu)盤(pan)讀(du)數(shu);若檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針朝"-"方向偏(pian)(pian)轉(zhuan),應增大讀(du)數(shu)盤(pan)讀(du)數(shu),使檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針指(zhi)(zhi)零(ling)。再增加靈(ling)敏度(du),調讀(du)數(shu)盤(pan)讀(du)數(shu),使檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針指(zhi)(zhi)零(ling)。如此反(fan)復調節,直至檢流(liu)計指(zhi)(zhi)針指(zhi)(zhi)零(ling)。
提示:1、由于直流(liu)雙臂電橋(qiao)在工作時電流(liu)較大,要(yao)求上(shang)述(shu)操作動作要(yao)迅速(su),以免(mian)電池耗電量過大。
2、被測電阻(zu)含(han)有電感時,應(ying)先鎖(suo)住電源端鈕B,間歇按檢流計按鈕G。
3、被測電阻不(bu)含(han)電感時,應先鎖(suo)住檢流計按鈕(niu)G,間歇按電源端鈕(niu)B。
步驟5:計算電(dian)阻值。
被(bei)測(ce)電阻值(zhi)=倍(bei)率(lv)數(shu)×讀數(shu)盤讀數(shu)
步驟6:關閉電源。
先(xian)斷開檢流(liu)計按鈕G,再斷開電(dian)源端鈕B,然(ran)后(hou)拆除被測電(dian)阻,后(hou)鎖(suo)上(shang)檢流(liu)計鎖(suo)扣。
步驟7:電橋保養。
每次測(ce)量結束(shu),都應將盒蓋蓋好,存放于干(gan)燥、避光、無振動的場合(he)。
提示:搬動電橋時應小心,做到(dao)輕拿輕放(fang),否則易(yi)使檢流計損壞。
